Returns

If you are not completely happy with your lottery box purchase, we will offer you a full refund on the basis that ALL items are returned, unopened and with no damages. Any missing items or damages to the product and its packaging will be deducted from the refund total.

Before attempting to return an order, you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer. You can contact us by phone (01538) 711931 or email us at returns@lotterybox.co.uk to obtain your returns authorisation number which you must quote on the returns slip and include this with the returned lottery box.

Please note that return costs will be at the buyer’s expense. We require that ALL returns are sent tracked and that your tracking information is emailed to us at returns@lotterybox.co.uk

We will confirm receipt of your return by email and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days this confirmation.
